Mental Health Advocate
Rachel Cooper is a mental health advocate who lives in Toronto. Ms. Cooper is passionate about supporting others who wish to discover, learn and grow in their wellness. Ms. Cooper has supported systems level change through her work with the North West Toronto Service Collaborative and CAMH's From Surviving to Advising Project, and most recently, contributed to the development and implementation of Peer Support programming at Stella's Place. She received her certification in Peer Support from the Ontario Peer Development Initiative and is a trained WRAP Facilitator. She is currently completing a BA in Social Development Studies at the University of Waterloo.
